Return policy

Defective Products: You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange any defective items.

Return Shipping Costs: For Defective Products: We cover all return costs, including shipping and handling fees. For Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Request a Return: Take clear photos of the product and describe the issue. Email us at retail@tropicalparadise.com.mv with the subject line: “Return Request with Product SKU”. Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +960 7776038. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Return Window: Customer should return the product within 35 days from the date of goods received.

Refund Options: You may choose to receive your refund as: Store credit (available immediately), or A refund to your PayPal or bank account (processed within 3–10 business days). For refunds to a bank account, please provide your account details and SWIFT number.
