Tour full description
Join a half-day Maldives snorkelling adventure to explore three beautiful snorkelling sites in North Malé Atoll, including the famous Fish Tank snorkelling point. This guided tour is designed for travellers who want to see stingrays, colourful reef fish, coral reefs, and other marine life within a short trip from Malé, Hulhumalé, Velana International Airport, or the cruise ship pier.
The main highlight of this tour is Fish Tank, one of the best-known snorkelling spots near Malé for stingray encounters. Guests may see many stingrays swimming close to the reef, along with tropical fish and other marine life. The tour also includes two additional snorkelling locations, giving you a better chance to enjoy different reef areas and underwater scenery in the Maldives.
This tour is suitable for couples, families, solo travellers, cruise ship passengers, and short-stay visitors looking for a guided Maldives snorkelling experience. A crew member will provide safety guidance before entering the water, and snorkelling gear and safety equipment are included.
Our guides recommend keeping your hands flat and calm when stingrays approach the Fish Tank reef. They are usually gentle, but guests should always follow the crew’s safety guidance and respect their natural behaviour.
The experience lasts around 3 hours and runs twice daily, subject to a minimum of 2 participants.
